How to Purchase

Currency

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Conversion to other currencies will depend on the conversion rates applied by the financial institution providing your credit card.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is by Australia Post anywhere in the world. We will post once full payment has been received. Orders will be dispatched a maximum of 10 working days of being received. If unavailable, we will inform you within 10 working days of any goods on back order. We cannot guarantee shipping times but delivery within Australia usually takes 1-15 working days. Deliveries outside Australia can take between 2-6 weeks depending on the destination. We charge actual postal fees based on the weight and destination of the order.

Product Returns

Most items may be returned, in the original condition (not cut, washed or dyed) for a refund or credit to your account within 14 days {within Australia — 4 weeks outside of Australia} of receipt of order. Books, patterns and magazines may not be returned due to copyright laws. Any refund of shipping charges will only be on the basis of the return being due to our error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received, it will take up to five business days to process. Refund will be made in the manner of payment; i.e. via credit card or cheque. Shipping charges are not included in refunds.
